Fol. II How we work

Diagnosis before prescription — then execution to close.

Every mandate runs the same four phases, with a named partner accountable at each one. Nothing starts without a signed engagement letter that names the scope, the fees and the partner responsible.

01Phase i of iv

Understand

We start by understanding the business, the ambition and the constraints — diagnosis before prescription.

The engagement

First conversation. A confidential call to understand the mandate, timeline and jurisdictions involved — no cost, no obligation.

02Phase ii of iv

Structure

We design the entity, capital and governance structure that makes the next decade of decisions cheaper.

The engagement

Scope & engagement letter. We confirm scope, fees and the named team before any work begins.

03Phase iii of iv

Execute

We run the mandate to completion — transactions, filings, raises and listings — as a single coordinated team.

The engagement

Delivery. A named partner leads the mandate; ownership and milestones are agreed up front and tracked to close.

04Phase iv of iv

Sustain

We stay on as the standing advisory layer, so the structure keeps compounding long after the event closes.

The engagement

Standing advisory. Most clients retain us beyond the original mandate — the same team, on call as the structure evolves.

Fol. III Sectors

Twenty sectors. Fifty years of pattern recognition.

We have advised across the economy — which means we usually know what the regulator, the auditor and the investor will ask before they ask it.

Fol. IV Common questions

Before you get in touch.

What does Mehta Global Advisory do?

MGA is an international advisory firm founded in 1973. We advise founders, CFOs and investors on capital structuring and fundraising, legal and regulatory compliance, audit and tax, transaction and audit readiness, IPO readiness, governance and risk, public-sector programmes and technology implementation.

Which countries does MGA operate in?

Wherever our clients do. MGA is market-agnostic: we advise on capital, legal, tax, audit and governance in any jurisdiction a client operates in or is entering, not only where we have a desk. Our team works from six offices — Chennai, Delhi, Salem and Trichy in India, Dubai in the UAE, and Singapore.

How does an engagement with MGA start?

It starts with a confidential call at no cost to understand the mandate, timeline and jurisdictions involved. We then confirm scope, fees and the named team in an engagement letter. No work begins until that letter is signed.

Does MGA help companies prepare for an IPO?

Yes. We run IPO readiness assessments, uplift reporting and internal controls, and prepare governance and disclosure for the public-markets bar — including work that has led to successful public listings.
