Terms of use.

1. Acceptance

By accessing mgaglobal.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. No advice, no relationship

The contents of this website are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax or professional advice. No advisor-client relationship is formed until a signed engagement letter is in place. Please speak with us directly before acting on anything published here.

Nothing on this website is an offer to act for you, and sending us an enquiry does not create an advisor–client relationship. Legal, tax and regulatory positions change; content published here may not reflect the current position and is not a substitute for advice on your specific facts.

3. How an engagement begins

We act only under a signed engagement letter that names the scope of work, the fees and the partner responsible. Until that letter is signed, no duty of care arises and no work is undertaken.

4. Confidentiality

Information you send through this website is treated as confidential, but internet transmission is not inherently secure. Please do not send sensitive or privileged material through the enquiry form — ask us for a secure channel instead.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, insight articles, graphics, layout and the MGA name and marks — is owned by Mehta Global Advisory or used under licence. You may read, print and share it for your own non-commercial reference with attribution. Any other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires our written consent.

6. Third-party links

Where we link to another site we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MGA is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on content published on this website. Liability for work performed under an engagement is governed exclusively by the terms of that engagement letter.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them — without prejudice to the governing-law and jurisdiction terms of any individual engagement letter.
